  • The Creator CRM is where you can add creators to your network, discover influencers, and manage user relationships. There are two key features we will be discussing in this article that are useful in Campaign Management: Discover Search and Creating Public Lists.
  • The Campaigns Manager is where you can create new campaigns and access existing ones. From here you can find individual campaign information such as influencers involved, content, statistics and reporting, logistics, product management, and more.
  • The Content Library section of the dashboard is where all of the content submitted by your influencers can be found. For a closer look, you can view posts by simply clicking on the title of the post or its preview image.
  • The Reporting section includes a wealth of charts and information to help you understand the performance of your campaigns. You can get an overview of all of your campaigns or narrow the data down by each one.
  • The Emails section is where all communication between you and the creators will be located. Here you can view your team’s inbox, your inbox, your sent messages, and all archived emails. You can also draft and send out emails from this part of the dashboard!
