101 – Campaign Insights

The Reporting tab inside a campaign is where the campaign insights live.

Campaign Report Content

There are 5 main topics your campaign report touches upon:

  • Campaign Overview
  • Return on Investment
  • Content & Engagements
  • Creators
  • Audience

You are able to customize your Default report by clicking on the Function Menu (3 lines) and selecting Customize EMV Parameters. You can change the content value of different types of engagement across several social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc. This is useful when creating campaign data reports as it allows you to use figures that align with your brand’s value.

Exporting your Report

Sharing your report with others is an easy process and useful for communicating campaign metrics with others on the team. There are 4 ways to do so:

  1. Export to Powerpoint
  2. Export to Excel
  3. Export to Text File
  4. Export to PDF

To access this feature, navigate toward the Function Menu (3 lines) on the right side of your page. Once clicked, you will see the different options available for exporting your report. Select which option you would like to download to complete this process.

Note: By downloading the report as an Excel file or a CSV file, you will have access to all the available raw data. This covers additional data points and allows you to do your own manipulation of the data.
