Payments Ledger
The Payments Ledger allows you to view a detailed breakdown of all the influencer payments that have been made for that campaign, making it easier to keep track of campaign costs and budgeting. You can see what step in the payment process you are currently in for each influencer, the reach for your campaign, and the amount spent.
Access the Payments Ledger
Go to the Reporting Dashboard, which is represented by the pie chart icon on the left taskbar. Then, click on the Payments Ledger tab at the top of your page.
How to use the Payments Ledger
- Select which campaign you’d like to focus on by selecting from the drop-down menu on the top left of your page.
- You can filter the view by campaign name and influencer tier using the filter tool (magnifying glass icon) on the top right corner.
Customizing your Payments Ledger
To customize your Payments Ledger, click on the cog icon on the top right of your page. Here you can choose which columns you’d like to display.
By default, the ledger will display payments for all of your brand’s campaigns but it can easily be filtered using the campaign dropdown at the top:
You can also apply additional filters, choose which columns to display, or export the ledger as an Excel document using the tools on the right side of the page:
Sharing your Payments Ledger
If you’d like to share this with others, you can download the Payments Ledger as an Excel file. Simply click on the download icon at the top right of your page.
