Creator Payments

Payment is an important step in any campaign. You can allocate and send payments to creators through the Tidal Labs Platform once they’ve submitted their content.

Assign and Update Payments Within a Campaign

To set up payments within a campaign, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your campaign settings by clicking on the cog icon and navigate to the Logistics tab.
  2. Select “Use Cash Payments,” which will prompt creators in the campaign to set up their payment profiles.
  3. Once you have opted to turn on this feature for your campaign, a new “Payment Amount” column should appear for each creator in the dashboard.
  4. Click on each payment cell to edit the payment amount for the individual.

Note: If you are mass importing creators into a campaign, you can set up the same payment amount for everyone before sending out the invitation email. If you are inviting creators individually, you can change the payment amount when you add that person to a campaign by following the steps above.

Payment Notifications

  1. Go to the Copy & Communications tab and click on “Enable / Disable Automatic Emails” to enable email notifications regarding campaign-related issues and notifications.
  2. Select “Payment Sent” to send users a message that their payment has been issued.
