Review and Approve Content

Review and Approve Drafts

In the campaign settings, you have selected “Require Drafts for Social Posts” from your creators. So how do you review and approve their drafts?

Inside the campaign “Manage” dashboard, find the “Content” tab. Click on a draft to review, comment, and approve the content. If you add a comment or approve the draft, your creators will receive an email notification that prompts them to take the next actions. For example, if you ask your creator to update the hashtags used in his copy in the comment section, he will be alerted to check your feedback and respond to it in no time.

Approve Posts that Went Live

This function is designed for campaigns that don’t require drafts. Managers can use the “Approve” button to change the creator’s workflow status. The button is located on the far right of each post in the “Content” tab within the Campaign “Manage” Dashboard. You might need to scroll the page all the way to the right you will see it.

However, for most campaigns, you can select “Automatically Approve Content” in the campaign settings, logistics to allow the platform to accept any content.
