Data Privacy and Security

Tidal Labs is committed to protecting the privacy of all users and influencers who use the platform. This site and all related platforms, applications, and services, are owned and operated by Tidal Labs.

We collect and process your data based upon your consent, our legitimate business interests (as described below), or to fulfill legal and contractual obligations. Most of the personal data we collect is provided by you directly. In order to register an account with our Platform, you are required to provide:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Password

Note: Your password is irreversibly encrypted, and nobody can view or retrieve it, nor will Tidal Labs staff ever ask you for your password.

You have the option to provide more information when you set up and modify your influencer profile.

Tidal Labs has partnered with social networks and is using the official social network APIs to connect your accounts, which is why we do not require or store your login/password information to your social networks. This allows us to protect your data and ensure your safety, while also being in compliance with the official terms of service provided by these social networks. Read more about Sharing Your Data with Third Parties.

If at any point you would like to disconnect your social network accounts from our platform, you may do so by:

  1. Open the User’s Profile Card
  2. Click on the Function Menu (3 lines) next to their profile picture.
  3. Select Edit Attributes
  4. Click on Social Networks and Blogs

Here you will see an option to either add or remove social network accounts (if you scroll to the right on this panel), as well as more information about your data.

You may also remove our access to your social networks by logging in to the respective platform’s settings (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and doing so from there.

Here at Tidal Labs, we work hard to the privacy of our influencers and users. We take data security seriously and have both technical and operational measures in place to secure your data.
