Manually Upload Posts

Celebrities and hard-to-reach talent may not submit their work on the Tidal Labs platform – and as a result, you can lose important analytics for their work. To help you solve this challenge, we let you manually upload content as soon as they go live on social media and have the platform generate analytics within 24 hours.

Quick Add Post Tool

Inside a campaign, you can review any drafts and content submissions organized by each creator under the content tab. You can use the Quick Add Post Tool within the function menu next to each creator’s profile picture to report any content, such as Instagram posts, Instastories, Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook posts, and tweets.

  1. Click on the Function Menu (3 lines) next to their profile picture and select Quick Add Post from the menu.
  2. Input the post’s URL and select post type from the drop-down.
  3. Fill out the stats fields if applicable.
  4. Click the Add Posts and Stats button to complete adding a post.

We strongly encourage you to upload any Instastories before they expire. The Tidal Labs platform will capture engagement data of Instastories while they are still live. After the stories expire, you might need to make up a URL and upload the engagement data and screenshots manually.

Upload Screenshots

  1. First, create a post (follow the steps above to do so!)
  2. Edit your post details. Here you can alter its title, add content, change the thumbnail, expand its metadata, etc.
  3. Click on the image icon under the Content section and choose the image file you would like to upload (ex. a screenshot of an Instagram story).

Note: Images with large file sizes may not appear. Please double-check your work and reach out to your Account Manager if you need help.

Additional Information

In order for these reporting features to work, a creator must accept the campaign invitation. This is typically done as creators begin the campaign activation process. Account Managers can accept creators by launching the Creator Interface.
