Discover: Search Filters
The Search Influencer panel in the Discover tab lets you filter your talent research by social networks, engagement, influencer demographics, and audience demographics.
*Always enable ‘Has Email Address’ option in the search section if you want to reach out to the creators via Tidal for the first time.
Demographics Filters
You can filter creators and their audiences by gender, age, geo-location, interests, and more.
The geo-location filter can narrow down most of your search results to metro areas.
Begin typing the name of a location, which can range anywhere from the name of a country (ex. “Germany”) to a city (ex. “New York City”) to a specific municipality (ex. “Municipio de Tijuana” in Mexico). As you type, you will be presented with different places to choose from.
@Lookalike Search Filter
The lookalike search filter allows you to use the social handle of your selected influencer and find other talents who have similar content and audience profiles.
Under Influencer Demographics, enter @creator social handle in the Topics filed to refresh the search results. Depending on the other filters you select, you can narrow down your search depending on the talent’s geo-location and social engagement stats.
Similarly, you can use the @lookalike filter under Audience Demographics to return talents with a relatively large proportion of followers that match your selected audience’s social profile.
Hashtag Search Filter
The hashtag filter currently lives in the Topics search field along with the @lookalike filter.
Type in a hashtag(#) followed by a word or phrase. To include multiple hashtags, separate each by a comma and space (ex. #fashion, #sustainability).
Brand Affinity
Search for creators and audiences by brands they love or affiliate with, by typing a brand name under the Influencer Brands and Audience Brands fields respectively.
Influencer and Audience Interests
To filter search results by their interests, navigate toward the Influencer Interests or Audience Interests fields and type in a phrase. This phrase should be a broad category that your specific interest would fit in (for example, type in “Beauty” instead of “Skincare,” to find influencers who are interested in skincare and cosmetics).
