Add Administrators
You can only add administrators to your platform if you have platform permission. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance if you need permission.
To add an admin, go to general settings > Admin, and click Actions > Add Administrator. All you need is the email address of the intended admin.
If the intended admin doesn’t already have an account on the Tidal Labs platform, you will be asked to enter his or her name. The platform will then trigger an invitation email to help them claim their admin account.
